Screen Recording Cursor and Zoom Plan
Plan the cursor, zoom, and pacing for a screen recording so a viewer can see the click. RECORDING What you are showing: [TASK] Screen resolution you record at: [PIXELS] Where it will be watched: [PHONE VERTICAL | DESKTOP | BOTH] Tool: [THE APP] PLAN 1) Record at the resolution you will deliver, or say why you will scale and what gets blurry. 2) Cursor size and when you move it: move, stop, then click. Do not talk about a control the cursor has not reached. 3) Zoom: the two moments that need a punch-in (a small control, a result), and the ease in and out. No constant Ken Burns. 4) Typing: either type at human speed or cut. Do not type a password on camera. Say what to blur. 5) Pacing marks in the script: [MOVE], [CLICK], [WAIT FOR LOAD]. 6) The export and the caption burn-in position so it does not sit on the control you just zoomed. Give a 20-second example script using my task, with the marks in place.
