RSS Feed for New Content

Add an RSS feed for new posts or releases. Valid XML, stable GUIDs, and a cache header that matches how often we publish. GUID is the canonical URL or a stable id, and it does not change when the title changes. pubDate in a valid format. 2) Escaping and the CDATA choice. A summary that may contain characters that break XML. 3) Cache-Control or the static file behavior, and the ping or sitemap line so the feed is discoverable (a link tag on the site). 4) What we exclude: drafts, future-dated posts, unlisted URLs. 5) A snapshot test with two items, one of which has an ampersand in the title. Do not put private or draft content in the feed. Do not use the current time as every item's date.
