Burned-In Caption Style Guide

Specify burned-in captions for short-form video. They must be readable on a phone and not cover the face. Say what not to place at the very bottom. 2) Type: a real font with a heavy weight, size relative to frame height, line length (two lines max), and the case (sentence case, not all caps unless I asked). 3) Color and a backing (stroke or a bar) that survives a bright and a dark shot. Do not rely on color alone. 4) Timing: a line appears with the phrase, not as a paragraph dumped at once. Line breaks at phrase breaks. 5) Emphasis: one word in a line may change color. Not every word. 6) What to do with music-only clips: no fake dialogue. Include a don't list from bad captions: tiny type, text over the mouth, 4 lines, emoji in every line.
